A very chunky looking and feeling item, not as finely polished wood as I would have liked. I also wondered after purchasing them, whether the heat of burning a tealight candle would burn or affect the wood, as the metal cases of candle tealights get hot. So am going to use it with a battery tealight to be on the safe side. Would be interested to know an answer to this query, as I would prefer to use candle tealights in it.
