    Just that! Beautiful card but the envelope is too dark purple to write on let alone read what's written - the Royal Mail must hate them!

    I paid extra for next day delivery and the two cards I ordered arrived in a Jiffy Bag with no stiff protector and were consequently considerably bent - but thankfully not creased. Ironing made them passable. After complaining I was offered 15% rebate and they would pass the message on to despatch team. Eden have been selling cards for years. I can't believe this could be a first. The cards would have been fine if packaged properly. The delivery was on time. Not the usual standard. I don't like complaining, but this is the second request for Feedback.
