Casting Crowns CD

10 amazing tracks in this CD particularly the first five. Voice of Truth and What if his people prayed? are my two personal favorites because they just challenge us what more could we be doing for Christ. Very motivational.

Most of the lyrics are based on scripture and are very moving if you pay attention to what is being said. The music itself is really really good, I highly recommend this to anyone who's on the hunt for a good Christian CD.

This CD is fantastic! I haven't listened to a Christian Rock CD for 15 years (Now I know what I have been missing!) This 10-track CD has everything from good old guitar rock tunes to slow ballads. Here is a selection of some of my favourites: The 1st track 'WHAT IF HIS PEOPLE PRAYED' says we should try to avoid finding alternative solutions to our difficulties and pray! Through prayer will we get the answers. The 2nd track 'IF WE ARE THE BODY' is my favourite and appears to be about 'cliques' within the a Church...how people may have a stereotype view of who they would like to join their congregation and that Jesus paid the ultimate price so that all could and should share in his Glory. Track 4 'WHO AM I' says that through all life's trials and tribulations, the Lord is always there for us no matter how insignificant we may feel we are. Track 5 'AMERICAN DREAM' is about a man who believes that through his career he can provide the best for his family, never being at home, never spending quality time and ultimately losing his family! Since receiving this CD I just can't stop listening to it! A must-buy! 10/10

I loved this CD, its amazing how it allows you to think about different aspects in life. "Voice of Truth"(track 3) explains how you should listen to the voice of truth, and go out in faith. However the whole CD is brilliant, based upon different passages in the Bible, my ultimate favourite song has to be Track 4~ "Who am i?" It posses the question of how important do you think you are? it then explains that no matter what God will always want to know you. A favourite part from this song is "Still you hear me when i'm calling, Lord, you catch me when i'm falling, you've told me who i am, i am yours" This moves you because you realise that God will be there through those good and bad times in life, when you feel most alone God will catch you... You just have to realise you are God's and no matter what you may think you are important to him.
