Each song is produced with the intention of creating a peaceful space for listeners to experience God's presence and includes calming sound frequencies scientifically recommended for anxiety and stress. I had heard a lot of the songs on this cd on other Bethel cds but I had not heard them sung like this before. The songs are slowed down and this makes the words in the songs more meaningful to me. I like the faster version but this is a calming , reassuring version of them.
