Your Grace Finds Me is the follow up album to the Grammy Award winning 10000 Reasons by UK Worship Leader Matt Redman. Featuring 12 new praise and worship songs, soon to be firm favourites in churches around the world.

This CD is Matt Redman at his live performance best recorded at LIFT: A Worship Leader Collective event at Passion City Church, Atlanta earlier this year. Matt Redman’s new album features the songs he’s been playing live to capacity audiences at worship events around the world.

Headed up with his live radio single release, Your Grace Finds Me, Matt’s 2013 Album maintains the GRAMMY winning innovation and sound quality of his previous album, '10,000 Reasons'. His new album’s title track looks set to repeat the impact of his powerful worship anthem, '10,000 Reasons (Bless The Lord)' in the Christian music charts and in churches around the world.

LIFT brought together like-minded artists and church leaders in the presence of God without the constraints of having to lead others. The gathering included focused teaching and spiritual challenge, resulting in a new sense of purpose, power and clarity for worship leaders. Louie Giglio and Chris Tomlin are hosting with Crowder, Kristian Stanfill and Nathan & Christy Nockels contributed and the event formed the location and backdrop for Matt’s recording of his Your Grace Finds Me album and single.

The UK’s most prominent worship leader and songwriter, Matt Redman’s ’10,000 Reasons’ held it’s place in the top 10 of the UK Christian & Gospel chart (at No. 8) 2 years after its release, and won 2 GRAMMY Awards (2013) for the album’s title track, ’10,000 Reasons (Bless The Lord)’ (co-written by Jonas Myrin) for Best Contemporary Christian Music Song and Best Contemporary Christian Music Performance.
