I am after ‘The New English Hymnal’ with full music score, a parishioner is wanting to sing the hymns before a service and see the tune as she prefers to see the tune than go by the organ on the day not knowing if ithe next notes will go up or down.

Hi Thomas,
The ISBN 9780907547518 is for the Full Music Edtion but it would be very heavy. If she's only singing, the melody edition will show if it goes up or down for male and female voice, up to 4 parts at most. If she is not a music reader normally, the Full Music Edtion would cause confusion.
