Hi Jeremy,
The wording in the dedication certificate is broken down to fill in the blanks with the appropriate requirements and reads:
This is to certify that __________ was dedicated to God at __________ on __________ Minister __________.
The Lord will keep you from all harm - he will watch over your life; the Lord will watch over your coming and going both now and for evermore. Psalm 121:7, 8.
