Someone bought this book for me a couple of years ago and I love it so much that I have bought one for my daughter for Christmas (hope she doesn’t read reviews on this site!!).

I adore gardening, it has been a process of healing for me, joy, hope, reflection and I feel closer to God in the Garden. There is just something about digging through the earth, sowing seeds and watching it all come together that moves me so naturally, I thought that there would be lots of books about God and gardening as the bible speaks so much about the natural world but alas! there wasn't until I came across this little gem. The layout is beautiful and so well thought out, that it cheers you because you can see how much it means to the author. The style is easy to read and engaging. I would recommend you sit with a notepad and pen as you will be inspired or something will be highlighted that you need to jot it down. This has a bounty of scripture running through it, links from stories of the bible to gardens and little tips to help you in the garden as well. I would happily recommended this book for all garden lovers, it would make a wonderful and inspiring gift.
