Recorded in the city of Coventry UK, this 2CD set features vocal arrangements of 12 best loved Taizé songs together with meditative prayer songs composed by Eric Wyse.

These 25 songs, which are often taken directly from scripture, are performed both a cappella, and with contemplative accompaniment including recorders, flute, oboe, cello, piano, percussion and pipe organ. Taizé songs are sung predominantly in English with some verses in French and Latin.

As a bonus, printable sheet music for some tracks is included on disc 2.

Performed by the London Fox Taizé Choir. Conducted by Paul Leddington Wright, former music director for Coventry Cathedral, who frequently appears on BBC TV Songs of Praise. Instrumentalists include Laurence Lyndon-Jones, assistant music director at Coventry Cathedral.

    This is a stunning double album to listen to. I often play each one over and over and get lost in the music and prayer. Yes it is a choral work and not ‘live worship’ but the sheer beauty of the sound outweighs all that. Recommended by one who has not been there, but has found the music helpful in my quiet time with God.

    I only came across The London Fox Taize Choir very recently, listening on a music streaming service. I was so impressed I bought the album! The thing I love is the superb production quality, the perfect harmonies and the Taize-esque additional songs. If you think only original Taize can sing Taize, then I urge you to listen to this album. I love that this cd has Scripture verses, English translations and singers who clearly love the Lord Jesus! Along with the easy, excellent ordering and receiving of this offering, I cannot recommend "Jesus Remember Me" more highly. Thank you.
