    Is this a true non-alcoholic wine (I.e. one which has been fermented and then had the alcohol removed) or is it simply grape juice which has not been fermented?

    As we use very little wine, a bottle may last a couple of months, will it stay drinkable for that long once opened?

    The supplier has not given us information on how long it will stay fresh. We would recommend storing in a cool place and keeping the lid tight in between use. We do have customers who use a bottle over more than one service.
