Barry Woodward grew up in Greater Manchester, England. At the age of 16 he left school without any qualifications and was drawn into the drugs scene, experimenting with cannabis, amphetamines and LSD. This led to a heroin addiction and life as a drugs supplier.
For fourteen years he was totally dependant on drugs, during which time he served a number of terms in prison. Miraculously, his life turned around completely following an amazing sequence of supernatural encounters.
This unique 3-part documentary chronicles Barry's life and revisits the places where he used to live and where he encountered addiction and despair, but also where he was amazingly transformed.
