    We were bought this as a family Easter present last year & it is a truly beautiful story about how much God treasure's us and how we need to rely on his opinion and not others. It bought a tear to my eye when I read it to our children and is a family favourite. I think this should become a classic!

    This book was first read to me at bible college and its message has challenged how I see myself ever since! Whilst being simple enough for pre-schoolers this book has a message every teenager also needs to hear. It explains that our worth is not decided by ourselves or others but by our creator who does not make mistakes. The illustrations are lovely and I have not found a child yet who has not enjoyed this book. I found this story very useful in school assemblies.

    Max Lucado’s stories were first published for children but hold a Christian message for us all so I am very glad that these very special stories about Punchinello, his Wemmick friends, and their maker Eli are now published in a format for ‘everyone’. You can’t give a children’s book to a teenager or adult, but the gentle truths taught in the story will be enjoyed by all ages, so do look at this book and You Are Mine
